The pans from Börner, cast piece by piece by hand, have a flattened, up to 10 mm thick Thermophor base and a ceramic-titanium non-stick coating. The characteristics of this coating: no sticking of food, good scratch resistance, high heat resistance and particularly easy cleaning with water or, when heavily soiled, with a splash of washing-up liquid. Never use abrasive cleaners or sponges! Suitable for all gas, electric and coal-fired stoves and ceramic hobs. The heat-insulating, permanently attached handles fit comfortably in your hand and are heat-resistant to 240° C, so they can be used in the oven. With a glass lid for use as a casserole dish!
